Our expanding marketing team is creating something transformative: a dynamic, in-house Creative Studio that will redefine how we tell our story and connect with customers. We’re looking for a Design Program Manager who will lead strategic marketing initiatives while coordinating collaborative impact. This role will need to move fluidly within a complex organization to facilitate high impact creative across print and digital. The Design Program Manager will oversee the operations for the Creative Studio — how we plan, review, and collaborate across affiliates, segments, and internal teams. This role will build and evolve the systems, rituals, and tooling that help the creative team work efficiently, scale quality, and operate with clarity.
You’ll partner closely with Design leadership to establish consistent design rhythms, streamline processes, and introduce systems that support capacity planning, quality reviews, and team enablement. You’ll also guide design tooling, onboarding, and key initiatives that improve the health, performance, and culture of the Creative Studio.
This is a keystone role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, systems design, and creative collaboration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead design operations for the Creative Studio: Build, maintain, and evolve how the team creates high-quality work that drives business goals.
- Drive creative process: Establish consistent, efficient team rituals such as critique, shareouts, review processes that drive alignment and elevate craft.
- Manage and facilitate leadership meetings: Run agendas for the Creative Studio team meetings, ensuring focus, follow-through, and clarity.
- Manage creative tooling: Daily administration of creative tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) as well as working with procurement to secure new tools to improve efficiency.
- Drive onboarding and enablement: Maintain and update onboarding in partnership with IT, HR, and other teams to ensure new team members ramp up quickly.
- Enable Creative Studio leadership: Free up time by managing coordination, communication and planning logistics.
- Support Creative Studio culture and growth: Lead follow-ups with team, research and coordinate team activities, and facilitate initiatives that strengthen community and collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in creative agency roles, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
- Expertise in marketing strategies across digital, interactive, and print channels.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and agile workflows.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a track record of mentoring teams.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is a plus.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $105,000 - $150,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
