Job Requirements:

 

  • Performs a variety of lending operation functions to ensure accurate and efficient operations and quality customer service.
  • Responds to inquires and/or initiates communication with internal or external contacts to resolve lending operations issues.
  • Calculates fees, payment changes, adjustments and payoff amounts.
  • Processes lending transactions.
  • Reviews documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank, investor, government and/or departmental requirements.
  • Prepares and/or balances various lending operations reports.
  • Completes assigned tasks within designated time frame.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Requires a High School degree or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, lending systems, customer service or other directly related experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of lending procedures and loan-related computer systems.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
