We are currently accepting applications for a Lockbox Specialist in Houston, Texas. This position will be in-office Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will need the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Be responsible for the creation of client output files (Data & Image) and ensure output is dropped to the transmission system according to specified deadlines.
  • Correct and resolve issues related to file content and recreate files as needed.
  • Assist with testing efforts related to lockbox projects and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain image and data creation jobs.
  • Work with other departments such as File Development, Application Support and Operation Analysts for new custom setups.
  • Monitor system outages, contacting, and working with necessary resources for system restoration.
  • Senior level will work with teams and manage projects and compete testing as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of program/console monitoring, job scheduling, data analysis, imaging & archiving, lockbox, item processing, data transmissions, or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Some experience in business analysis, project management, and multiple technologies such as Microsoft Office, Batch programming, XML programming, and Image Capture applications such as Image Scan, IBML and ITRAN scanning hardware.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of imaging and archiving systems, hardware, and methodologies.
  • Understanding of Lockbox processes preferred.
  • Basic to light programming skills.
  • Requires solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit, gather, and analyze user needs.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to function in a consultative role and manage projects.
  • Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

Pay range (depending on experience): $20.50-$24.00
