We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Representative to support our team in Denver, CO. This role plays a key part in enhancing the client experience through the development and execution of marketing initiatives, supporting Relationship Managers with client-facing materials, and strengthening engagement with both clients and internal partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and solutions-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering impactful marketing support that contributes to the success of the team and overall organization.
Essential Functions:
- Provides campaign support, including coordination and execution of marketing initiatives
- Assists with development of sales collateral and light graphic design work
- Writes and edits copy for a variety of marketing and communication materials
- Supports internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams
- Performs light administrative tasks as needed to support marketing operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area; experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (digital, social, email, and/or print)
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (especially InDesign and Illustrator)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of brand standards and ability to apply them consistently
- Willingness to learn banking products, services, and regulatory considerations
This position is eligible to earn a salary in the range of $70,000 – $80,000 depending on job‑related factors such as experience level and location.
This position is in-office and does not offer a hybrid schedule.
