The Senior Credit Facilitator will work closely with the Director of Credit Training in coordinating the design, development and delivery of credit training across the Bancorporation. Key responsibilities for this position include coordinating course content for C&I and CRE courses, overseeing various Credit Training Programs, engaging in classroom facilitation and dealing with external vendors while maintaining Bancorp’s credit culture, lending policies, risk grading and regulatory issues.”
Position Qualifications/Roles/Responsibilities:
Coordinate Course Content
· Review and implement appropriate vendor training and course materials
· Design, develop and implement internal training and course materials
· Participate in vendor training sessions to evaluate new materials while staying abreast of current topics
· Work closely with instructional designers and vendors to customize content as appropriate In partnership with the instructional design team, arrange learning content
· Ensures compliance with legally mandated and company mandated training material
· Develops and adapts course content for specific affiliates when appropriate
· Establish procedures to regularly evaluate effectiveness of course content and delivery methods
Provide Classroom Instruction
· Coordinate training activities (materials, equipment, facilities, schedules) with support team
· Deliver various courses throughout Bancorp, as directed
· Assist with the delivery of various components of the Credit Foundations Program
· Facilitate / coordinate e-learning interventions and assist others to use technology based delivery methods
Vendor Management
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors of training materials
· Review available training and course materials of potential vendors
· Keep abreast of new and leading-edge training materials offered by third parties
· Work with vendors for pricing, delivery, customization and implementation of their products and services
· Coordinate the “certification” of internal facilitators for the delivery of vendor provided content
· Establish vendor evaluation benchmarks and measure effectiveness annually
Qualifications
· Requires a college degree in Business or Communications
· 10+ years of lending, credit, banking, credit training practices and procedures or other directly related experience.
· A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
· Extensive commercial credit and financial analysis
· Preferred training/adult education experience
· Solid understanding of corporate lending policies, regulatory guidelines, practices and culture
· Ability to effectively facilitate and engage participants in both virtual and classroom environments
· Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain professional third-party relationships
· General knowledge of course development and Adult Education
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
· Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills
· Demonstrated strong writing, editing, design/development skills
· Advanced knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving

· Salary Range: UT - $114,000 to $167,200 depending on experience
