Zions Bancorporation Enterprise Recruiting team is looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to lead our passive candidate outreach. This role will be in office at either our Downtown Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX location.
Description:
- Responsible for orchestrating and leading the organization’s top-of-funnel talent discovery strategy by formulating, designing, and executing comprehensive, multi-channel sourcing frameworks to target, evaluate, and secure high-impact passive talent for complex, high-priority, and evergreen requisitions.
- Partners collaboratively and consultatively with business leaders and lead recruiters to define hiring requirements and establish target candidate profiles.
- Independently evaluates, assesses, and selects prospective candidates, exercising sole discretion in advancing qualified talent through the recruitment lifecycle or rejecting unqualified prospects.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing customized outreach sequences that maximize response rates and represent the organization’s brand.
- Authoritatively researches, analyzes, and interprets complex competitive market intelligence, industry salary trends, and geographic talent distribution data to consult business leaders.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 4+ yrs experience in recruiting or talent sourcing with a focus on proactive pipeline development. A combination of education, training or experience may meet job requirements.
- Advanced Technical Sourcing Skills: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and advanced search methods (Boolean & X-Ray searching).
- Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proven ability to track sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates) and use data to refine sourcing approaches.
- High-agency mindset; a self-starter who doesn't require hand-holding to research complex, niche roles and execute effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to build instant rapport with passive candidates.
