We are seeking a Treasury Management Integration Manager to join Zions Bancorporation. This role plays a pivotal part in the successful integration of treasury systems and solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of treasury systems and solutions across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external clients to understand and translate business needs.
• Support integration testing and validation of treasury products and workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve technical issues for internal applications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of treasury integration projects, from planning and technical specification to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate with autonomy, making decisions that guide client outcomes and internal business processes.
• Act as the primary project manager for large and complex client onboarding initiatives, overseeing cross-functional integrations, managing timelines, and maintaining clear, ongoing communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-4 years of experience in product integration, project management, business analysis, or technical support, preferably in financial services or Treasury Management.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or treasury operations.
• Proven ability to leverage generative AI tools to accelerate project timelines. We are looking for a candidate who uses this technology to efficiently draft project plans, clarify technical requirements, and streamline stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Ability to develop resolutions to problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project updates.
• Demonstrated ability to work under normal supervision, following outlined and detailed procedures.
• A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Pay Range:

$85,000-$196,000 (Based upon location and experience)
