We are looking for a Part-Time Corporate Hospitality Apprentice. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you! 

 

What You’ll Learn:

  • Gain Real-World Experience (2,000 Hours of Professional Growth): Step into the real world of your chosen field! You’ll work on real projects, team up with experienced professionals, and build valuable skills that help you stand out.
  • Master Your Craft (At Least 144 Hours of Training): Jump into over 144 hours of training that’s directly related to your apprenticeship. You’ll learn through classes, earn important certifications, and use helpful resources to build your skills and become an expert in your field.
  • Build Skills That Last: Master your technical expertise while building fundamental capabilities that will serve you throughout your career.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and help guests, making sure check-ins and directions run smoothly.
  • Keep the lobby and reception areas clean and professional.
  • Set up and support meetings and events, including food, drinks, and technology.
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms and shared spaces.
  • Work with vendors and other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Help new employees get settled and support employees and executives as needed.
  • Be friendly, welcoming, and create a positive office environment.

 

 Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication skills – clearly and politely interact with guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills – manage multiple tasks at once and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving – notice small issues and fix them quickly.
  • Teamwork and collaboration – work well with others and coordinate across teams.
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude – make everyone feel valued and comfortable.
  • Tech-savvy and task management skills – use technology to schedule meetings, track tasks, and support events.
  • Adaptability and professionalism – handle changing situations while keeping the office safe and professional.

 

Benefits:

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate of $19.50/hr.
