We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Apprentice, assigned to the branch most convenient for the apprentice. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!
What You’ll Learn:
- Gain Real-World Experience (2,000 Hours of Professional Growth): Step into the real world of your chosen field! You’ll work on real projects, team up with experienced professionals, and build valuable skills that help you stand out.
- Master Your Craft (At Least 144 Hours of Training): Jump into over 144 hours of training that’s directly related to your apprenticeship. You’ll learn through classes, earn important certifications, and use helpful resources to build your skills and become an expert in your field.
- Build Skills That Last: Master your technical expertise while building fundamental capabilities that will serve you throughout your career.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients with everyday banking, like opening accounts, issuing ATM cards, transferring money, and ordering checks.
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions while following bank policies.
- Solve client questions and problems, or connect them with the right branch or bank resource.
- Look for ways to suggest bank products that match clients’ needs.
- Support the branch with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
- Be curious and willing to learn how banking products and services work.
- Pay attention to details and keep accurate records.
- Be able to do simple math and handle money carefully.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members.

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate of $19.50/hr.
