We are seeking a seasoned professional driven toward client success and passionate about payments to join our team as a Strategic Solutions Specialist – Treasury Management, supporting our sales and product teams in delivering seamless, technically complex system integrations for commercial banking clients. This role is critical in ensuring our clients successfully implement Treasury Management solutions that align with their operational needs and technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery process and translate client business requirements into technical specifications and integration plans.
- Partner with sales, product, and implementation teams to support pre- and post-sale technical integration efforts.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams for system integration projects involving Treasury Management Services.
- Partner with the Treasury Operations team to onboard complex integrations, ensuring timely and accurate implementations.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution across internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation, integration guides, and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Treasury Management and commercial banking.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience with subject matter expertise in Treasury Management Services.
- Proven experience managing client-facing technical projects or complex implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPP) a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technical sales support for Treasury Management systems and applications.
- Familiarity with Treasury Workstations and payment workflows.
- Experience with commercial banking and client onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with industry standard file formats including ISO 20022, BAI2, Nacha
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their payments integrations.
